110 litres of sider boxed yesterday (combination of 20ltr, 10ltr and 5 ltr bag-in-boxes) along with 66 330ml bottles filled with a little added sugar to hopefully give a bit of fizz! A little tasting took place as we bottled/boxed, with the perry batch tasting damn good! (need to try and get more pears this coming season)
Still more to go, 3 fermenting bins, numerous demi-johns and a 30ltr chestnut barrel.
Also added some chillis to a demi-john to make another batch of chilli shot sider, which turned out to be quite a popular choice – again in 5cl miniature bottles.
