Batch 7 done this morning, 4.5 gallons of apple & blackberry cider (nearly the predicted 5 gallons) ready for some yeast in a couple of days. A good season this year, (certainly compared to last year’s poor turnout) circa 55 gallons in total.
This weekend is potentially the final batch of Woodley Sider making for the season, acquired a few apples to go with the remaining apples off the tree, hopefully enough for 5 gallons.
